With Cardano, staking doesn't mean locking: ADA can be delegated to a stake pool straight from your wallet and stays spendable the whole time. People swap into ADA to use Cardano apps or to hold it in wallets such as Eternl, Lace or Yoroi. Only addresses beginning with addr1 belong on a Cardano payout, because the BSC version on the network list is a separate 0x token.

Addresses and wallets
Modern Cardano addresses start with addr1 and are long, often more than 100 characters. Older Byron-era addresses starting with Ae2 or DdzFF still exist but are rarely used. Eternl, Lace, Yoroi and Vespr are popular wallets, and Ledger and Trezor support ADA as well. Paste addresses rather than typing them; at that length a typo is easy to miss.
Staking without locking
ADA can be delegated to a stake pool directly from your wallet. The coins never leave your address, there is no lock-up period, and you can still spend or swap them at any time. Delegation is a setting of the wallet, not of the coins, so ADA paid out to an address of a delegated wallet simply adds to that wallet's balance.
Fees, minimum ADA and timing
Cardano fees are usually around 0.17 to 0.2 ADA. Every transaction output must also carry a minimum amount of ADA, about 1 ADA, which matters when you send native tokens but not for a regular swap payout. Blocks arrive every 20 seconds on average, and deposits are typically confirmed within a few minutes.
Native ADA or the BSC token
NoxSwap lists ADA on Cardano's mainnet and as a BEP20 token on BNB Smart Chain. The BSC version uses a 0x address and is a different token that Cardano wallets cannot receive. Choose the network your wallet or exchange uses, check it again on the deposit screen before sending, and set the withdrawal so that the exact quoted amount arrives after any exchange fee.
