Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of NoxSwap. By creating a swap you accept them. Swaps are executed by our exchange partner ChangeNOW (CHN Group LLC); the partner is shown on your order page and your exchange contract is concluded with that partner.
1. Operator
These Terms are concluded between you and the operators of NoxSwap (“NoxSwap”, “we”, “us”). NoxSwap is an online service: we provide a swap interface, we hold no client funds and we offer no investment services. Contact: info@noxswap.io.
2. The service
NoxSwap is an interface for exchanging one cryptocurrency for another. We never take custody of your funds: your deposit goes directly to the executing exchange partner and the payout goes directly to the wallet address you provide. We are not a wallet, a broker or a fiat payment service, and we do not provide investment advice.
3. Eligibility and restricted regions
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction. The service is not available to persons located in or resident of the United States or the United Kingdom, nor in jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, nor to anyone on an applicable sanctions or restricted-persons list. Using the service from such a jurisdiction, including through a VPN, is a breach of these terms.
4. How a swap works
You receive a quote with a fixed rate that stays locked for the time shown. Once you send the exact deposit amount within the deposit window, the executing partner converts the funds and sends the guaranteed amount to your address. If no deposit arrives in time, the order expires and no funds are taken. Sending a wrong amount, using a wrong network or omitting a required memo may delay or prevent the swap.
5. KYC and AML checks
Standard swaps don't require KYC. Large or flagged transactions may be subject to additional AML checks by the exchange partner executing the swap; in that case your order page shows an “Under review” status with the right contacts. We only work with partners holding a strong KYC-policy rating.
6. Fees
All costs are included in the quoted amount: the amount you see is the amount that arrives. Nothing is ever added on top of a quote.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient address, memo/tag and network you provide, for the lawful origin of the funds you swap, and for your own tax obligations. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible.
8. Refunds and failed swaps
If a swap cannot be completed, the executing partner returns the deposit to your refund address (less network costs), which is why we recommend always providing one. Expired orders take no funds. For any issue, contact our support with your order ID.
9. Prohibited use
The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including laundering proceeds of crime, financing terrorism, evading sanctions or handling stolen funds. We may refuse service.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by blockchain network behaviour, by wrong addresses or memos you supply, or by acts of third parties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the service fee of the affected swap. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new swaps. Material changes will be announced on this page.
