Privacy Policy

We built NoxSwap to need as little data as possible. No accounts, no profiles, no advertising trackers. This policy explains the little we do process.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of NoxSwap, reachable at info@noxswap.io. The service is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.
2. What we process
To run a swap we store the order: our order ID, the partner trade ID, the pair and networks, amounts, the recipient and refund addresses you provide, timestamps and the status history. If you enter the optional e-mail, we store it solely for status notifications about that order. Visit statistics: our own first-party statistics record the page viewed, the site language, the referring page, a coarse country code, browser and device type, and a random session identifier that lives only in your browser for the duration of the visit. We store no IP addresses in statistics, use no third-party analytics and show no advertising. Support chat: if you use the chat, we store the conversation (messages, site language, time) so a human can follow up and so we can improve answers. Please don't share sensitive personal data in chat. Together with each order we also record technical connection data: the IP address, the browser language and basic device information.
3. What we don't do
We don't create accounts or user profiles, we don't sell data, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking. Analytics are privacy-friendly and cookieless.
4. Retention
Order records, including the connection data above, are kept for 5 years from the transaction for support and compliance follow-ups, in line with EU record-keeping standards, then anonymized. Beyond that, IP addresses are processed only briefly for abuse protection (rate-limiting, bot defence). Our exchange partner keeps its own transaction records under its own privacy policy.
5. Sharing
Order data necessarily reaches our exchange partner ChangeNOW (CHN Group LLC, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines), because it executes the transaction and applies its own privacy policy to it. We disclose data to authorities only upon lawful, binding requests.

7. Your rights
